Room was quite comfortable, staff were Ok, but mainly it represented good value for money.
Breakfasts rather dull, couple of minor problems with bathroom.

Hospitable people.
Pleasant stay, as always. The hotel was pleasant with handy and nice location to the valley. Functional suite, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The location of this hotel is very convenient as it is right next to the town center and Marseille.

The best is the friendliness of the staff and the swimming pool (the fact that there is one).
The worst of the hotel is the breakfast, a buffet with hardly any options. Correct but very unimaginative.

Just a basic hotel for overnight stop and reasonable value-but although similar to a travel lodge was a bit more expensive
Quite a long walk into the centre of town. It bordered on being very basic

This place is a charming and cozy spot with a great location near a nice restaurant and a beautiful river walk nearby.

The hotel is outside the center of the city. There is a bus stop about a 1-2 minute walk from the hotel that takes you straight to the center of Aix and runs about every 15 minutes. The pool is a bit small, but a relaxing way to end the day. Free WiFi is a plus as well.
I had originally booked a different hotel through Booked.net which turned out to be overbooked and that hotel made my reservation at Arc Hotel for me. Overall, I would rate the hotel a 2 star and not a 3 star. However, I would consider staying here again if I returned to Aix-en-Provence.

Staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful.
I did not like their breakfast, I.E., croissant and French baguette with marmelade. There was no alternative to the sweet stuff, and for someone who likes a heartier breakfast (E.G., ham or cheese), the breakfast was not appropriate, and at 7 Euros, way too expensive

I recently stayed at the Adonis hotel in Aix for a few days while visiting the area. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, especially the lady at the front desk who made an effort to communicate despite the language barrier. The towels were changed daily, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I also enjoyed swimming in the clean pool and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.
Totally recommend this hotel.
